Conflict of Interest Policy

Rechtsidee is committed to maintaining transparency, objectivity, and integrity throughout the editorial and publication process.

All authors, editors, and reviewers must disclose any financial, personal, professional, institutional, or other relationships that could influence or be perceived to influence their work or editorial decisions.

Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest upon submission. If no conflicts exist, authors should state: “The authors declare no conflicts of interest.”

Editors and reviewers with potential conflicts of interest must disclose them and recuse themselves from the evaluation or decision-making process where impartiality may be compromised.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to investigate undisclosed conflicts of interest and take appropriate action in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policies.
